Bus Buddy works without an account. If live information is unavailable, check your internet connection and try again. Search and previously saved information may remain available from data stored on your device.

For a technical problem, open Settings → Report a Bug in the app. You can review and remove fields from the privacy-safe diagnostic report before sending it.
